Family Style is an upbeat and inclusive dance class with fun, exploratory dance exercises so families can learn dance combos, play, and create parts of the day’s choreography together! Each class is comprised of follow along warm ups, dance games, and a short dance sequence that we’ll all learn and perform as a class and/or in groups.
Who should come?
Parents and kids, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, best friends, partners, you name it – it’s all about dancing together with the people you love – so you decide! (Please note this class will be best for dancers ages 5 and up, but babies could definitely be worn while dancing and children walking to 4 years old might also be excited to give it a try.)
When is it?
Upcoming Family Style classes are on the second Sundays of May, June, and July - May 11, June 8 and July 13 - at 9am. More dates to be announced this summer.
Where is it?
Family Style now takes place in Frogtown at The Pickle Factory – 2828 Gilroy St., Los Angeles, CA 90039.
A Family Style class can also come to you! Reach out to Liz to arrange Family Style at a party, community event, local library, or other venue.
How much is it?
Pricing is $30 for up to four family members; $5 per additional family member.
How do I sign up?
SIGN UP HERE. Advance sign up is encouraged and helpful, but if you end up just showing up, that works too.
